Library provides the following services and facilities:

• Circulation: Except normal issue/return of books, the library also provides overnight loan privilege to its users for periodicals and reference books.
• Reservation of Books:  Books available in the library but issued to other members can be reserved in advance.
• Newspaper Clipping: Informative articles and important news are scanned from daily newspapers and are filed.
• Inter-Library Loan: Books not available in the Library can be borrowed on loan from other libraries of Gian Jyoti Institute of Management and Technology, Phase II, Mohali.
• Book Bank: Library also provides books for the whole semester to deserving students under Book Bank facility.
• Photocopying: Library provides the photocopying service to its users at nominal charges.
• Services from DELNET: Library is a member of DELNET (Developing Library Network), a registered society established with the prime objective of promoting resource sharing among the libraries through the development of a network of libraries. It is currently being promoted by the National Informatics Centre, Department of Information Technology, Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, Government of   India and India International Centre, New Delhi. The Society is involved in Library Automation, Database development, Resource sharing and Networking of Libraries.
•  Suggestions and book recommendations: Members are free to recommend new books or journals for the library and to suggest improvement in library service. Suggestions and recommendations, duly signed can be put in the suggestion box, placed on the circulation counter.
